You're dealing with it in exactly the right way, releasing the obsession and anxiety through something creative. I can totally see the headache-ness in this picture, how everything has that subtle texture and is just out of focus, just a little bit difficult to look at and concentrate on. It reminds me of having a migraine and having something important to do, taking a heap of painkillers but still not being able to shake the sensitivity to light.

i admire your courge. a good friend once told me the most beautiful thing in the world is courge. You have that. I like seeing things through your eyes. Even if I never understand the enormity of what you experience in your pains and challenges, it's good to be able to relate to you in this way. If I could twist the lens on the binoculars to make the focus perfect, I would do it.
